It is impossible to write this Wedding Series without thanking, honouring, and showing off the amazing vendors that made for this dream day.

My parents graciously bottled these beautiful wine favours. The labels were custom-designed by a beautiful, smart, talented friend of mine, Ellyn.
The beautiful Melissa, pictured above, did my hair, pictured below, and many of my bridesmaids’ hair. She did a perfect job – I could not have possibly been more happy with it.
And my dear friend, one of my best friends since ninth grade, was my makeup artist, and also did the makeup of many of the bridesmaids. I was completely amazed by what she did, and have never felt more beautiful in my life. Chloe is not only extremely talented, but she is funny, kind, selfless, and puts you at ease. There is no other choice for your makeup artist!
This arbour was rented, but the greenery was provided by the amazing, ever-so beautiful and talented team at From the Potting Shed. There is no other sensible option for a florist in the Region! Elaine is absolutely incredible, and makes you feel like you’re her only bride.
ALL of our beautiful signage was done by none other than Victoria at Bonafide Craft. I must tell you – Victoria truly made the details of this day everything I’d always dreamed of, for incredibly reasonable prices, and with the most beautiful and kind service. After meeting her, I literally just wanted to be her best friend! Victoria took the time to get to know Johnny and I as a couple, and she genuinely cared about our tastes, dreams, and budget. She is SO easy to work with, so caring, and SOOOOO talented. There is no other calligrapher to dream of choosing.
Once again, the beautiful work of From the Potting Shed.
Our ceremony and reception were held at the stunning Cambridge Mill. Every ounce of service we received here was absolutely outstanding. From the very first meeting with Ty, to the complimentary menu tasting that we got to take our best friends to, to every single meeting with Danielle, we felt entirely cared for, seen, and that every single detail was being looked after. This is a five star venue for a reason – and I couldn’t imagine a more beautiful setting.
Some of our best friends played worship music at our ceremony, and it could not have possibly been more beautiful. Maddie sang like an angel, Jared played guitar without missing a beat, and Autumn played her chillingly beautiful violin. We chose “O Come to the Altar” and “In Christ Alone.”
This was some of our only DIY decor! I knew I wanted to have photos of Johnny and I when we were kids – so we both found our first day of kindergarten photos!
These beautiful bridesmaids dresses in my dream colour are from Lulus.
Our guest book was the same one Johnny wrote his letter to his future wife in when he was 18 years old.
Once again, this dreamy seating chart is the INCREDIBLE work of Victoria at Bonafide Craft. The beautiful florals are of course from From the Potting Shed.
This beautiful sign was gifted to me by my amazing mother-in-law. We found it together at a consignment store on our trip to see Johnny play soccer in the States – and, being the generous and selfless woman she is, Jenn gifted it to us. I am so grateful that this Word was so beautifully displayed.
My dress was from Ballett’s Bridal. Again, another vendor whose customer service, attentiveness, warmth, and speediness I can’t rave enough about. These guys also have the best prices and largest selection by far that I’ve come across in the Region. Alice is a gem.
Our incredible DJ (not pictured), DJ Aps (Paul) is an old co-worker and friend of mine. We were soo blessed to have him, as he got the party started, fed off the crowd, had a great time himself, and kept things bumping till the wee hours of the morning. I strongly recommend his skills to anyone in need of a DJ!
Our MCs, Jacqueline and Sam, are two of our dearest friends, and we couldn’t have dreamed of a better duo to make the announcements at our wedding. Both godly people with charisma, charm, character, and sincerity, they spoke beautifully, and we will forever look back on this day with gratitude that they were so willing to share their gifts in this way.
And, finally, last, but most definitely not least – LIAM.
Liam Good IS the BEST wedding photographer in the Region. We could not possibly have been more impressed with Liam’s work ethic, professionalism, FUN, or talent. He is absolutely, beyond-words GIFTED for photography, and he IS the right man to capture your wedding. He cares about the little details you won’t think about on the day of. He captures every important moment along with all of the little ones, keeping the raw emotion, and keeping everyone feeling like themselves.
He made us feel like we were the only couple he was working with… when this is CLEARLY not the case. He is caring, devoted, and professional beyond belief. Most high-esteemed recommendation I could give goes to Liam Good Visuals.
