When it comes to smoothie bowls, I NEED some sort of crunchy topping. I’m all for nut butters and nut milks, but what truly makes a smoothie bowl is that flavourful crunch.

I shop with intention, and these Tutti Gourmet Bites check all of my health conscious boxes.

Made only with whole foods, and balanced in macro and micronutrients, this is the perfect affordable go-to snack, and go-to breakfast topper alike.

Here’s my avocado chocolate smoothie bowl recipe… which also happens to be keto and paleo, in case that’s your jam (I personally don’t eat according to any labels).

Chocolate Smoothie Bowl (with *optional* but not really optional Tutti Gourmet topping)

Ingredients (for one serving)

1/2 – 2/3 of a ripe avocado

1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder

3 packets stevia or other sweetener

2 Tbsp-1/2 cup cup cashew milk or other milk, depending on desired consistency

Any other add-ins you please (peanut butter, protein powder, frozen banana, etc.)

sea salt

Toppings of choice (I love frozen berries and Tutti Gourmet Bites)


1. Place all ingredients except toppings in blender and process until smooth.

2. Pour into bowl. Serve with toppings of choice and enjoy any time of day! Freeze first if a thicker consistency desired.
