TOP TEN TUESDAY: Christmas Break Is Coming!
Sorry. I am so overwhelmed my Gods goodness and love and am very bad at expressing that in terms other than AHHHH WHAT? God is good. May He bring me to my knees praising Him.
Today I wanna talk about the top ten things I’m hoping to do over the break!
A Gucci Girls’ Christmas. My friends from dance, who I know I have blogged about, and I are planning this Christmas extravaganza day for the group of us where we’ll exchange gifts and don ugly sweaters and wrap presents and bake cookies and watch Home Alone. And I am so excited.
Family Time. Super important to me. God is doing some amazing things in my life and the lives of my family and I am excited to grow through that in closer proximity to them! Christmas Eve through to Boxing Day is spent with all my extended family and each year I feel so blessed for this. I truly am so blessed!
NYE. Last year’s NYE was not too fun for me. I made a lot of mistakes, got too drunk, and my best friend ended up just taking amazing care of me all night. I’m looking forward to letting loose and drinking with my friends, but just having a genuine and happy time with them! It’s gonna be great.
Work. I am working a loopy over the holiday but that’s ok! I love my job and the people I work with and am blessed to have it and the chance to make money for (hopefully!) a new house next year!
Emma and Max. One of my best friends Emma is having her boyfriend down from Montreal for a few days which I will probably be spending all of with him, her, and Sam. I will look so forward to that time!
Tattoos. Haylie on Friday is getting a tattoo that says “Let Go and Let God,” and I am so beyond excited for her. I am also getting the second tattoo I’ve been wanting forever, the deathly gallows symbol from Harry Potter. At some point I’ll write up a whole post on its significance in my life.
Daniella Time. Well folks, it is as simple as that. Daniella is my best friend in every way and when we are apart there is a part of me missing! I’m just so excited to be with her this Christmas. She has been one of my greatest blessings.
Devotional Time. Through God I am learning the ultimate necessity and power of personal learning and relationship with Him, and how that needs to be an everyday and constant component of my life. I am excited for what He has in store for our relationship and what I am coming to know and learn.
Church. The Christmas Eve service at my church is one of my favourite parts of Christmas. Singing Silent Night with lit candles and my whole congregation is a sight to behold.
Christmas Morning. I am so excited to give the gifts I’m planning for my fam! So many ideas… Just haven’t shopped yet. I’ll figure it out😉
Two more exams that I am excited to write and put behind me! Happy Tuesday guys. Xoxo
