Hey Wassup Hello!
When my mom is busy, she always says she’s “busy biz biz!”, so I kind of nabbed that one from her today.
Let’s get right into this week’s top ten!
Guilty Pleasure. Baths. With epsom salts. And magazines. And cinnamon roll candles. I really want to buy some Lush products but don’t have the money. Siggggh.
Mantra. “I’m not perfect, and that’s okay.” I can be extremely hard on myself. I best myself up when I spend any time in my house, which is basically never. I put a ton of pressure on myself to be exactly “right.” The thing is, that’s not possible. And that is okay.
Recovery Win. I went to a bbq reunion with my old neighbours and had a plate of my mom’s blueberry crisp! Homemade desserts are probably one of my most challenging fear foods, but I did it.
Mood. Anxious? I’ve been getting a little too caught up in the future. That’s an old bad habit of mine. I’ve been taking the time to slow down, pray, and remind myself to be present.
Discovery. The more shifts I get at work, the more I want to work! Like I literally crave work when I don’t get enough shifts.

New Group Name. The Bushery! The naming process is kind of a long story, but it’s a group of friends that clicks so well and that I love spending time with.
Colour. Burgundy! I have always loved this colour and it is my favourite to wear.
Excitement. University! I sat down with a friend on Sunday who is in her final year at the University I’ll be attending, and she really helped me with my questions. It made me so much more excited for the new adventure!
Food. Starbucks Frappuccinos. I have had two frapps this week, and I haven’t had them in months! They were definitely becoming an anxiety and I needed to challenge that.
News. I am starting a lifestyle channel on YouTube! I’m uploading my first video, a recipe tutorial, on Thursday, and from then on there will be a new video each and every Thursday. I’ll be posting Q&As, vlogs, What I Ate, recipes, recovery tips, etc. More details to come!
Happy Tuesday. Nobody’s Perfect. Stay Busy Biz Biz, and eat good food.
