It is officially fall.
And I don’t know about where you are, but here, it is HOT. No fall weather in sight.
Fall is my favourite season, but that doesn’t mean I’m not enjoying the heat– unless I’m in my house, which does not have AC.
Nonetheless, it seems weird that next weekend means turkey, stuffing, and pumpkin pie!
My roommates and I are having a “family Thanksgiving dinner” of our own, and, to prepare, I love scouting my fellow bloggers for recipe ideas!
Here, I’m sharing some of my favs with y’all.
All these links will send you straight to THANKSGIVING/FALL Recipes by these bloggers!
And, as a little preamble, my cookbook is released on OCT 1– this coming Sunday!
The link to purchase it in either print or ebook form will be on the blog this Sunday. Affordable and complete with anecdotes, tips, cheap ingredients, and versatility, the recipes are set to impress, but also for your convenience.
I can’t wait to share my favourite recipes with you all!
Sally’s Baking Addiction
Sally blogs everything from sweet to savoury, and her recipes are so thorough and inventive.
Rachel Mansfield
When looking for healthier sweet options, as well as dairy-free, Rachel is a go-to. Her palate is very similar to mine!
From My Bowl
Caitlin is one of my all-time favourite bloggers, sharing my love of sweet breakfasts! This girl has so many inventive recipes to theme all your meals around the Thanksgiving season.
The Novice Chef
From delicious appetizers and salads to your main course meals to delectable desserts, Jessica is anything but “novice,” and may just have your Thanksgiving menu covered.
A Sweet Pea Chef
Passionate about real, from-scratch, sugary and floury and traditional baking (speaking my language!), “Sweet Pea” Lacey has a beautiful, easy-to-navigate baking blog.
Happy cooking and baking! Thanksgiving is my very favourite “holiday” in that:
- I get to spend time with my beautiful family
- We are EXTRA PRONE to conversations about the grace of our Lord Jesus, to whom deserves ALL praise and “thanksgiving”
- FOOOOOOD. 🙂
And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. COLOSSIANS 3:17
