This morning I woke up so thirsty for some reason, and not craving coffee first thing! What? I’ve found drinking water to be a chore since I was a little kid, so I wanted something refreshing and juicy.
So I threw some things in a blender and this was delicious!
These are guesstimate amounts of course! I just threw these ingredients in a blender as I had them in my pantry and it was goooood!
Apple Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
1/3 apple, peeled and cored and chopped
1 walnut
1 T vanilla protein powder
3 T coconut yogurt
little squeeze of lemon juice
1 T oats
splash of water
Method

Throw everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour and serve over ice.
